Upon termination, sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

Where informal resolution is not possible, mediation may be considered as a step prior to litigation, in keeping with the values that guide our practice.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, along with any written service agreements, constitute the full understanding between you and Saiyai Law.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
